Bloomingdale’s Shopping Benefit

Yesterday I had a great opportunity to be a part of and document Bloomingdale’s Shopping Benefit which was held in two LA stores. This benefit is held every year to support local charities through special events, live entertainment, and shopping savings. I met so many fun people and saw so many exciting vendors… and all for charity. What a great way to spend the day.

Here are a few shots from the day.

Maggie and Jackson

This week I had the pleasure of photographing Maggie and her son Jackson. Jackson is 15 months old and such a playful little fella. And Maggie is expecting her second playful little fella in only a few months. I had such a great time hanging out with these two. We shared lots of laughs… mostly at how cute Jackson was being. He was all over the place with curiousity. You had to be fast with this one. Once Jackson decided that it was a wrap for the day I decided to take a few portraits of Maggie. And I must say that she looks great! Here are a few of my favorites from the day.

Mia made sure she kept her eye on me.

Snack time.

What a look.

That’s a wrap!

Kathleen and Joe

Last week I met Kathleen and Joe at Huntington Gardens to shoot their engagement session. It was a beautiful day and perfect for taking advantage of all the photo ops at the gardens. Afterwards we headed to Old Town Pasadena for some more urban shots. I love shooting there because you never know what you might find around the corner or even down an alley. The creative possiblities are endless. And Kathleen and Joe were so much fun and adventurous. They even stood in the middle of the road for one shot. Getting to know them was a blast and I’m looking forward to hanging out with them again in November at their wedding.
