Heidi and Chris

Yesterday I met up with Heidi and Chris to shoot their engagement photos. We started out at the Huntington Library Gardens which always proves to be a stellar spot to snap some photos. We had a great time walking around the gardens and getting to know each other. I found out real quick that these two love to goof around. They were constantly making each other laugh and having a great time. I loved it! It made for some really candid shots. Once we wrapped the gardens we headed over to Alverno High in Sierra Madre which is an old Italian villa. It’s a beautiful spot for some romantic shots. And of course we took some fun shots too. Check out some of my favorites from the day.

Kathleen and Joe

On Saturday I had the pleasure of seeing Kathleen and Joe for a second time to photograph their wedding. Kathleen looked so beautiful in her dress. Her makeup was flawless and she wore her hair down. I seriously couldn’t stop taking photos of her. The ceremony was also just as beautiful and held at St. Finbar in Burbank…. it was so heart warming. Afterwards we headed to Calamigos Equestrian center where the party got started. This is a great venue to throw down and that’s exactly what this crowd did. I had so much fun being a part of the day and around such a lively crowd. Congratulations you two!

Here are a few favorites of the day.

The Phillips Family

Last Sunday I was honored to photograph the Phillips family yet a second time. And this time with their newest addition Tessa. She is so cute and looks exactly like her older sister did at her age. I mean it’s uncanny. I had a really great time catching up and seeing how much Kayla had grown since the last time I’d seen her. She’s still as playful as ever and is certainly developing her own personality more. She was a riot with her stuffed monkeys and the way she fawned over her little sister. You can tell she takes her job as big sis seriously. So cute!

Here are a few favorite shots from the day.
